200 HR. Level 2
All of our Teacher Trainings are registered with Yoga Alliance and led by Stacy & Dave Dockins. Our 200 Hr. program is broken up into 2 separate 10 day modules. Our program is designed to give teachers a strong experiential understanding of practicing and teaching an intelligently sequenced vinyasa flow class. Our program is heavy in postural alignment for unique bodies, functional wellness, anatomy, and the science of mindful awareness.
