Filmic Landscapes
WE SHALL SERVE FOOD FROM 5-6PM. THE LECTURE (CREATIVE DISCUSSION) WILL BEGIN AT 6PM PROMPT.
A full evening of discussion, debate, analysis and relaxation, unique to the island - a screening of a celebrated piece of film, framed with a lecture and post-discussion (& FRESH POPCORN).
LECTURE:
Join me, as I explore some of the key themes and imagery explored (in the chosen movie), through other works of art, poetry, theatre and cinema. I will ensure each lecture is relaxed, varied and interactive, using extracts of video, music and text to ensure creative challenge and analytical absorption.
FILM:
I have intentionally chosen films that demand debate, analysis and reflection, to ensure an evening that is as challenging and unexpected as it is enjoyable and relaxing.
POST-ANALYSIS
I will orchestrate and organise a post-discussion that will ensure all participants have their moment to speak, question and reflect on what has passed - unless, of course, you would rather simply listen and absorb.

The bar will be open throughout the evening for refreshments and will stay open after the post-discussion, for relaxation, music and continued lubrication (both literally and mentally).
