Beach Meditation

Healing properties of the water have been documented by science and throughout the cultures time and time again. Being near the water can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body, including reducing stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being, lowering the heart beat and breath rate. In the Buddhist tradition, water is a symbol of serenity, purity, and clarity of thought. Water is also spiritually healing, as it is a conduit of universal energy.

Come and join us for the beach meditation. Find your center, purify your mind, release any stress and tension and walk away renewed and rejuvenated.
