Sunrise hike: sun salutations and meditation
2500 baht per person. 25 min hike up the mountain to a clearing with coconut groves where you can see a view of the whole island and a breathtaking view of the sun rising over the mountain top. Fresh fruits, drinking water included. We provide mats. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring camera and video as well as insect spray. This is one of our favorite mantras and seemed fitting to use the same Sanskrit words in a shortened version to describe "a place of happiness and bliss."
