Much like nature, when your internal eco system is disturbed, it creates disease. In modern day life our bodies are taxed by stress, poor choices of nutrition, environmental toxins and more. The effects of these are experienced in the body, mind and spirit. Each one of us has a unique makeup (constitution) therefore one formula does not fit all. On the path of wellness it is important to organise and pace ourselves for success. What we value and where we invest our energy also contributes to our wellness.
