Every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:45 pm with one of our beautiful Thai teachers - Gem!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A typical class length is 75 minutes. Class will have the basic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow sequencing style but with Gem's specially added touch! You will practice pranayama (breathing) and meditation in the beginning and the end of the class. She will take you through sun salutations, standing and sitting poses, backbends and inversions. Her sequencing is designed to help you progressively build your practice and work your way into poses that take time and strength. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Gem is a dedicated yoga practitioner and a 200 hour certified yoga teacher. She started yoga about 10 years ago. She has a passion in movement and science of breath. She believes that our physical body and mind are connected by breathing. For Gem, yoga is meditation on the physical, mental and spiritual level.

Cost of class is 400 baht. Please call 098 249 2800 to confirm your spot in advance or message us.

Please note - we will not have class the week of Feb 16-24th. Thank you!

"Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhanavu" is a beautiful mantra that means May all living beings be happy and free and may my thoughts and actions always support this cause.  This is one of our favorite mantras and seemed fitting to use the same Sanskrit words in a shortened version to describe "a place of happiness and bliss."
