Ashtanga Yoga
Join our local community of Ashtanga Yoga practitioners here in Koh Samui coming to self-practice and Mysore style classes on early mornings. Share the energy of the group and support each other in regular practice! Please note some basic experience in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga Primary series is expected, however feel free to contact us in other cases as well.
While self-practice classes are made just for donation, Mysore classes with teacher are priced at 500 baht. Better prices are available with multiple passes.
