Shakuhachi Zen Flute Meditation

There will be a Zen Flute Meditation this Thursday at Yoga House in Lamai. A wonderful opportunity to experience a performance of this ancient Japanese zen tradition of Honkyoku. Adi Pieper will play some newly studied traditional compositions as well as some improvisations on his Shakuhachi Flutes. Between the individual music pieces there will be a few minutes of silence. Duration of the meditation will be one hour. The event is based on donations.
