Over the next 4 weeks Adrian Baker will be leading mindfulness meditation sessions every Thursday at Vikasa Yoga! The teachings and practices will emphasize a combination of vipassana and metta (loving kindness).
The Buddha emphasized that it's essential that people find a way to practice together. This is how we wake up and evolve together: as a community.
We will be practicing on the beach in front of the white Sala at Vikasa Yoga from 5:45-7PM. (If you're unsure of where this is, please feel free to meet at the front of Vikasa Life Cafe between 5:30-5:40 and then we will walk down together.)
