Surf and Turf
Start the evening with an antipasti platter, which includes an extensive spread of cheeses, cold cuts and condiments. As for mains, you’ll have a choice of succulent surf – grilled Canadian lobster or local Thai seabass – and a juicy cut of Australian beef rib or Australian veal tenderloin, charcoal grilled to perfection, the steak is served with complimentary sides and sauces.
Saving the sweetest for last. Select from coconut custard brûlée or an apple crumble served with vanilla bean ice cream.
MARK JAMES will set the mood with some favourite tunes on his acoustic guitar.
