On this 25 hour immersion workshop you will learn:
- Ways to theme a class
- Intelligent sequencing
- Creating playlists to compliment your class
- How and when to adjust students
- How to touch and interact with your students
- Making your teaching available for beginners, people with injuries, as well as experienced yogis
- Finding your teaching voice
- How to use verbal cues without the need to demonstrate
- Practical tips on working as a self-employed yoga instructor
