«Yoga of voice» workshop

In this unique workshop we will explore a space of singing to rediscover our true voice, the deepest and most alive one that brings back the breath and emotions!

This event is for you if you like singing but have never done it seriously and you think you are not capable of it, if you are absolutely beginner but want to feel the joy of melting fears into internal and external judgments, if you want to sing but feel that the technicalities have dampened your spontaneity and ease, if singing is important for you to express emotions and thoughts, if you want to work with your energy, rediscover your sensitivity to trust your intuition.

Workshop is guided by an opera singer who studied also Indian classical singing and playing sitar, mysticism of Sufizm, and yoga. She leads "Voice Yoga" courses in Russia & Italy.
