7 Day Chakra Challenge Workshop To Cleanse, Awaken, Reset
We will focus on one chakra each day of the week, healing, cleansing and clearing each chakra one by one with the use of music, meditation, breathing, affirmations, mudras, yoga flows, colors, scents, and healing rituals.
We will do a meditation each day that will work that days chakra.
You will learn to recognize when a chakra is overactive or under active or blocked so that you can go back and use these same tools Cleanse, clear and realign on your own.
We will be providing you with a PDF E-booklet that gives the full course information and will serve as a lifetime resource to you for your personal growth along your journey.
