Our brunch buffet starts at 11.00 AM and goes until 4.00 PM, with the party and entertainment continuing until sunset.
Eat dessert first and make it a Sweet day at our Candy-Themed Carnival Brunch Music and Entertainment by our Resident
DJs, featuring DJ Celeste Siam and Nick Drum.
The global culinary spread includes an array of action stations, including pasta, crepe, and a Black Angus grill station, as well as sushi station, Oyster and seafood raw bar, salad station and Chef Julian selected specials.
