The beautiful South African Cape surrounded by the Atlantic and Indian Oceans cultivates wines that deliver an enviable combination of fruit and character that balance both elegance and power. Organised by our South African Director of Food & Beverage Kim Kinnear and featuring a bright and savoury menu by our South African Chef, David Eldridge, we have paired some of the most iconic wines South Africa has produced from Kanonkop, Klein Constantia, Rickety Bridge and Teddy Hall vineyards. We are excited to share all that this unique region has to offer!
