Meditation and Heart Opening Sequence (FYSC charity event)

Join Anouk Prop for our Free Yoga Community Samui event on the island!! Saturday December 21st she will be guiding you through a 90min Meditation and Heart opening sequence Yoga House & Spa in Lamai.

Anouk is a highly qualified yoga instructor and psychologist and has been living on Samui for nearly 4 years before she moved back to the Netherlands. Now she’s back on our island for a little break. Come and join this one time opportunity to share a heartfelt practice with her!

Entrance is by DONATION of which 100% of all proceeds go to support people in our Thai community who need financial aid. The scheduled free classes of Free Yoga Samui Community are open to all and by donation only for those who can afford. Through donations from people joining our classes, we have been able to help fund a Thai ritual for a deceased loved one, supported hardworking single mothers and we have supported a young Thai man who has suffered from daily epileptic seizures for over 22 years.
