Mindful living - meditation and yoga retreat
Join us for an intensive one-week retreat where you could detach from your environment and focus on yourself. You will have the chance to deepen your practice or establish such as a daily habit. This retreat is the ultimate place for those seeking to recharge their souls and clear their mind from any sort of distraction, those who want to to better the relationships with themselves and with others, and reach a certain state of mind that provide them with the power to regenerate, feel more balanced and create a life from within.
We will use series of practices including breathing techniques, guided meditation, yoga, group reflection circles, mindful walks and community service to experience and practice the art of finding stillness and inner peace, and the feeling of deep connection with self and with the surroundings. We will also get some clues for integrating meditation and mindfulness in our daily lives and managing a more balanced lifestyle. We learn tools to help us cultivate skills to build resilience in our lives.
We have already a group of 10 international participants and we open 5 more spots.
Daily schedule:
05:30-06:15 – Loving Kindness Meditation
06:15-07:45 – yoga
07:45-08:45 – breakfast
08:45-09:45 – free time
09:45-11:30 - meditation and reflection
11:30-12:30 – lunch
12:30 – 14:00 – free time
14:00 – 16:00 – meditation + lecture
16:00 – 18:00 – workshop
18:00 – 19:00 – Pana/refreshments
19:00 – 21:00 – meditation and lecture
