Moving into Stillness with Ann-Charlotte Monrad
A week off from the intensity and busyness of modern life is one of the most wonderful gifts you can give yourself during winter. Especially if you get to spend it in the beautiful setting of Samahita on Koh Samui.
During our yoga classes you’ll be presented with various tools to really get in touch with yourself. We’ll combine gentle strength with energizing vinyasa flows, discover how myofascial release can have a huge impact on our well-being, and we’ll embrace it all with the stillness of meditation.
Our daily morning classes from Sunday to Saturday (8 am-10 am) will be more dynamic than our restorative afternoon practices (4.30 pm-6.00 pm Sunday to Friday with Wednesday afternoon off for exploring the island).
Combined with the delicious meals at Samahita and a wide variety of available treatments (not included in the price of the retreat) this is probably the best way to spend a week in February 2019.
The retreat is open to all levels of practitioners, but please contact us if you’re a complete beginner or have any serious injuries, so that we’ll be sure that you’ll benefit from joining.
