Boris will teach a 3-hour raw food intensive, open to the public. He will share some of our most favorite recipes and give you a deeper understanding of a healthy and delicious raw food diet.

More about Boris:
Boris has trained the art of raw food preparation in various renowned schools in the USA and Bali and has 11 years + working experience. Ever since the opening of Vikasa, Boris has influenced the menu as creative chef and is now currently adding new items to the menu and training the staff.
In Germany, Boris runs his own raw chef school as well as The Plant Base Institute, a 9 month training to become a Plant Based Chef & Nutritionist, that he founded 2016 together with two other well known chef colleagues and a nutritional scientist.
2015, Boris published his first book and last year, Boris has published his first online masterclass on Fermentation.
