The ancient healing system of yoga has become increasingly popular in modern times due to its ability to induce a calm mind and a healthy body.
In our classes we offer different kinds of yoga - Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayamas and Meditations. Our instructors have deep feeling of the group and choose the one, that you need this moment.
In yoga classes we focus on positions (asanas), breathing to calm the mind, and correct body alignment. Students will be shown how to find the correct position for their body, in which the breath can flow in and out. We teach students to work gently, accepting where they are today and moving forwards with ease.
