This Saturday @ 7:30am at the lake of Chaweng.

Opposite Central at the stairs to go to the lake.
We will start there with a little warm up and then run around the lake. Don’t be shy to invite friends and family to join. This is a way to start the day with a good action and maybe make some new sport friends.

Ps: You can run or walk, up to you. I will bring cones so you know how many Kilometers you will run. HOPE TO SEE YOU.
