Hello and welcome!

James and Elina are very happy and grateful to have an opportunity to invite you to join us on this amazing 7- Day retreat on the beautiful Thai island of Koh Samui. You will be embarking on an experience of a lifetime - a time for you to relax, unwind, explore, learn and grow.

During this retreat you will have the opportunity to energise and pamper yourself in daily meditation, yoga, exercise and massages, as well learn more in depth about your mind, body, soul connection with daily talks and demonstrations on how to maximise your potential in all these areas.

Alongside your actives inside the resort, we would love you to have time outside it, so you could enjoy this amazing island even more! Your afternoons will be filled with a choice of activities such as relaxing in wellness spa, enjoying the wildlife, visiting beaches and going on cultural tours, all organised for you or you can just sit back on the beach and enjoy you own free time as you please!

Our retreat program aims to take you on a journey deep inside yourself. We combine nourishing meals, inspiring classes and nutrition workshops with movement and mindfulness, set in the natural beauty of Koh Samui, Thailand.

This week will bring relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation to all levels of your being. Rediscover the joy of being in your body, connect with your food, and find the inspiration to ignite you on your own health journey!
