We are a Registered yoga School since 2011 with The Yoga Alliance. We conduct our trainings at The beautiful Banburee Spa and Retreat Centre on the island of Koh Samui.
Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident teaching Vinyasa, Yin and Classical Hatha Classes upon completion of our program.
We focus on excellent yoga systems such as Sivananda and Ashtanga.
We cover yoga history and philosophy authentically.
We explore various meditation and Pranayama techniques throughout the program.
