We are a small and friendly gym in Namuang that purposely moved away from the “BIG gym” mentality of high class numbers and very little focus on the individual client. We have created a gym environment where any BODY, whether fit, on the road to fitness or a total beginner can come and train and feel comfortable and welcomed.
