They are incompetents! I PAID 150 EUROS FOR A COMPLETE FAILED HAIR COLOR!!! I have dark brown hair ad I wanted a light brown color. I ended up with black hair. I had to argue 20 minutes with them to make them understand that they didn't do what I asked for. They accepted to do the color again. My hair was damaged and still black!!! Overall, they didn't treat me right after I asked to do the color again. As I I was the one who was wrong. I don't recommend this salon for colors AT ALL. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
