Today 24th April this A M i called Tops Samui & asked if they provided W/chairs for customers who could'nt walk, yes was the answer from the ("i believe") manager, confirmed by my Thai lady friend. So we drove from Lamai to Tops, parking as close as pos my Thai lady went into Tops & asked for a W/chair, she was told she could not, the reason being was because of the covid 19 situation. Once she returned to the car i called the manager, she said that this was correct, however this "manager" was incapable of explaining the logic/reasoning behind this fiasco. So any of you keen customer's of Tops that require the use of your own W/chair or indeed a loan W/chair you are not allowed into Tops. But Tesco Lotus will happily help you with any such request. For your interest i have a broken left Femor as of 5 day's ago. Good luck.
