Stable Body, Open Mind: A Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Join Lauren for seven days of inquiry into the body, mind and heart. Through yoga asana, sitting practice, dynamic meditation and yoga nidra, students will be invited to explore and challenge their habits, as well as restore, reset and rest at the deepest level.
This retreat is a space for focused practice and personal meditation, with ample free time to experience nature, build connections and enjoy simple, quiet moments.
