Singing bowls meditation
This Friday at 7:15 pm, we're inviting you to join us in a meditative group event full of Himalayan singing bowls sounds! πΆβ¨
Singing bowls have been used for centuries (in Eastern countries including India, Nepal, Tibet) for healing and meditation purposes. They produce a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of your body & mind π§
These sessions are not directly connected to any spiritual traditions and there are no special requirements for participants. During this 1-hour session, you will lay down on the back with your body being totally relaxed and your mind concentrated on your breathing and/or singing bowls' sounds. Just come and enjoy this wonderful experience! π
Entrance fee is 300 THB, see you there!
