In a beautiful island of Koh Samui, join Suriani Sam EarthSea 200hr Intensive Teacher Training Program. Accredited by Yoga Alliance, this training program is suitable for all levels of dedicated practitioners journeying too deepen their yoga practice. It is a great opportunity to take a step back from your busy working schedule and focus on learning to cultivate self realization and awareness through daily yoga practice and meditation. Whether or not your intention is teaching yoga, towards the end of the course you will learn the fundamentals of becoming a confident yoga teacher. The course is mainly focused on learning to teach yoga, life as a yoga teacher and simple techniques for self developments. This 11 days is a full-time island experience journey from 07.00 - 18.00.

EarthSea Yoga is a marriage between the masculine or Yang of stability, strength and Earth-grounding that builds core strength, and the feminine - Yin yoga - which is the flexibility, acceptance and rejuvenation of water and sea.
The Earth Sea yoga practice is the balance between the two, to find the zero point, thereby connecting mind, Body and spirit through movement in harmony with breath.
It's the integration of conscious and subconscious, soul and shadow, the masculine and the feminine, and creating a whole where the self resides at the center. Through the practice we seek to experience inner harmony and unison.
