Friday Fight Night

Fighters from not only Thailand but worldwide come to compete the ancient art form. With fighters as young as 8 years old through to adults both male and female the stadium holds 6 fights starting from 9.30pm. The fights take place keeping it very traditional with the Wai Khru warm up dance followed by 5 rounds. The Stadium has live commentary and a DJ between fights aswell as the bar and plenty of staff at hand. The evening is a great way to see some of Thailand’s culture. Children of all ages through to adults will find the fights exciting and very interesting to watch. Don’t Miss Out!

Chaweng Stadium was founded over 20 years ago in 1996 by Khun Kensen Poonsawat. It was created to share the art of Muay Thai Boxing to the increasing amounts of Tourists coming to our Beautiful Island located in Southern Thailand. It was the first boxing stadium on the Island and in recent years has moved to its new location.

The fights take place keeping it very traditional with the Wai Khru warm up dance as well as commentary and a DJ between fights.
