The equipment is constantly occupied and old, the air conditioners do not work, the prices are overpriced, the alleged sauna is a dumping ground for garbage and the new staff at the cash register is absolutely unqualified. To the owner: The two new girls at the front desk are an absolute disaster, you should think about getting more qualified staff.
