SUP ride is ideal for everyone, despite of your level of training. Even a child over the age of 8 years can easily cope with this sport.
You can also take children who are at least 2.5 years of age with you. They will feel comfortable and it will be interesting for them to sit on the bow of the board and admire the marine life.
