It sells mainly local goods - souvenirs, cosmetics, there are several boutiques with clothes, massages, a large food court with Thai food, a diving club and spa salon. Große, leerstehende Anlage. Schade, denn eigentlich ein echt schöner jedoch verlassener Ladenkomplex. Davor findet mehrmals in der Woche der Nightmarket statt. Dahinter befindet sich die Strandpromenade mit Bars und Restaurants.
