Our approach is to turn the time that you have available into an easy Yoga routine through which you will build strength and flexibility and which will help you to reap the fruits of health in your everyday life.
Our teacher is Lex, a local Thai who lived and trained in America for many years, where he attained a black belt in the martial art of Aikido, before returning to Thailand and setting down roots in the local community of Koh Samui.
